Refund policy

At Leota Popcorn Company, we value our customers and want you to have a great shopping experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the nature of food products and health and safety regulations, all popcorn kernels, flavored popcorn, and coconut oil butter products are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on food items once they have been shipped.

In certain situations, we may offer a replacement or refund for food products. This applies only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.

Merchandise items such as hats, t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, and sweatshirts may be eligible for return. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return requests must be submitted within fourteen days of delivery. Approved returns may be eligible for a refund or store credit after the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and food products are non-refundable under any circumstances unless they meet the exception criteria stated above.

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We do not accept exchanges unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
